Job Description

Reporting directly to the shareholders, this role will play a critical role in shaping the company's operational and strategic direction. The successful candidate will be hands-on, actively involved in both field operations and business development, particularly during the early stages of the project.Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end operations of HHBK forestry projects
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Actively engage in on-site activities, ensuring project execution and quality standards
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including field staff and external stakeholders
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements in productivity and efficiency
  • Support business growth initiatives and expansion plans
  • Ensure compliance with forestry regulations and sustainability practices



The Successful Applicant

A successful GM Forestry should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Open to candidates with less than 10 years of experience, provided they demonstrate strong potential and capabilities
  • Prior experience in HHBK forestry or related sector is highly preferred
  • Hands-on, proactive, and willing to work extensively in field conditions
  • Strong leadership potential, with the ability to grow into a Director-level role
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a remote, evolving project environment
