Job Description

As a Facilities Services, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of property and facilities services to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.
  • Monitoring and managing budgets related to property operations and maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations across all facilities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to optimise service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to facilities management activities.
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks or issues within the facilities operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Services should have:

  • A background in property or facilities management, ideally within the energy and natural resources sector.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to facilities management.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to optimise operational processes.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports.
