We are looking for Construction Manager to lead and oversee the construction of Processing Plant within a large-scale mining project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in industrial plant construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin. This role is open to expatriates

We are currently representing one of our client in the mining industry. They are currently expanding their business with a new projects development in their site

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction for the processing plant, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget
  • Develop detailed construction schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client, contractors, and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and resolving issues promptly
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns
  • Supervise and mentor site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years in construction management, with portfolio in processing plant or heavy industrial projects within the mining industry
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling tools, and contract management
  • Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage complex projects in remote locations
  • Willingness to work on-site in challenging environments
