  • Job seekers are the most optimistic about the job market and local economy compared to their Asia Pacific peers
  • 85% of job seekers are confident that the job market will be better and 84% foresee a better economic situation in the next 6 months
  • 75% are confident of securing a job in less than 3 months
  • Better work-life balance (61%) is the key reason why job seekers are likely to switch jobs, followed by higher salary (56%) and skills development (48%)
