Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role to the business as the interface and support talent programs in achieving business objectives by advising, driving and supporting HR / people programs and talent initiatives.
As a strategic partner to business leaders, pyou will provide expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources management. Your primary responsibility will be to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a blend of HR expertise, business acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to influence and drive change across the organization.
Reporting to the CEO, you will aid the business stakeholders in crafting HR strategies.
This position will handle day-to-day HR operations within factory aside from payroll and industrial relations for a multinational manufacturing company.
This job will be the first HR on a long-standing company to bring new changes and new policies
Partnering with the leadership stakeholders, you will be in charge of spearheading their exciting new unit establishment. You will manage their end-to-end HR coverage that will involve manpower planning, recruitment, to strategic talent planning for development and retention.
