The Hospital General Manager oversees all non-medical functions of the hospital. The role requires experience and competency in specific hospitality & operational management, including but not limited to hospitality-F&B, HR-general affairs and front office, sales & marketing, finance, and business unit operations.
As a General Manager, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and accountable in the overall management of feasibility study, financial modeling, due dilligence, commercial negotiation and land acquisition.
The General Manager will be expected to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction objectives of overall facility.
As a strategic partner to business leaders, pyou will provide expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources management. Your primary responsibility will be to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a blend of HR expertise, business acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to influence and drive change across the organization.
This job will set up and build the HR structure alongside the managing director of Indonesia to support and sustain the Indonesian business
