Reporting to Board of Directors, you are responsible in managing the entire HR spectrum with main accountability within business partnering and HR advisory.

As a strategic partner to business leaders, pyou will provide expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources management. Your primary responsibility will be to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a blend of HR expertise, business acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to influence and drive change across the organization.
The GM Finance will be reporting directly to the CEO of the organization. You will be expected to control and monitor all aspects financial management such as reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and systems.
Reporting to the CEO, the GM of HR role is crucial for the business' current state of growth. You will bring with yourself an expertise in business partnering and your familiarity for the industry, guiding the CEO's in creating HR pathways to ensure a well-performing team.
This will be the first HR role for the organization, where you will set up and build the HR function.
