The Successful Applicant

  • Leadership Skills: Strong character and decision-making skills with a track record of making informed and effective decisions.
  • Operational Expertise: Extensive knowledge of hospital P&L and hospital operations, including patient care, clinical services, and support services.
  • Strategic & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure operational sustainability and profitability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Background and Experience: Advanced degree in health care administration or business administration.
  • Innovation: Ability to drive innovation and adopt new technologies to improve operational efficiency
  • Performance Metrics: Documented history of achieving operational excellence.
