Job Description

  • Oversee the Demand Planning, Warehouse & Logistics, Inventory and Customer Service department
  • Execute Indonesia's logistics and warehousing strategies, coordinating with 3PL providers for activities like product importation, local inventory management, and domestic transportation.
  • Collaborate with Local Commercial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Regional/Global Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage supply chain expenses, including OpEx, freight, and duties, while ensuring cost optimization within budget.
  • Implement automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance forecasting, demand planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for key supply chain roles.
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance speed to market.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15+ years of experience across multiple supply chain functions, such as customer service, procurement, logistics, distribution, and planning.
  • High energy and adaptability to fast-paced, goal-driven settings.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate in multi-cultural and cross-time-zone environments.
  • Proven track record of optimizing supply chain performance and managing large-scale operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry.
