Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic sales plans to achieve sales objectives and overall develop the company
- Ability to manage and lead a sales team
- Develop enterprise-centric go-to-market plan to further grow the business
- Maintain KPIs and Key SaaS Metrics (MRR, ARPA, CAC, Churn)
- Propose a consultative approach, offering solutions to win new/prospective clients
- Proactive and showcase hands-on approach in end-to-end sales process
- Recognize key market trends and opportunities, guiding the organization towards it
- Establish and nurture relationships with the internal team, clients and partners
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Computer Studies, a Master's Degree would be an advantage
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
- Possess a broad range of knowledge and experience to lead and manage a high-performing SaaS or Tech sales team
- Comfortable working with people - possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strength in working with data analytics-focused products and teams
- Target oriented with excellent performance history
- An agile learner and possess critical thinking abilities to improvise in different circumstances
- Persistent and thinks out of the box to close deals
- Resilient and has attention to detail
