Job Description

As a VP Research & Development, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing product innovation and development projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation
  • Ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Analysing market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation
  • Managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Driving continuous improvement within the product development team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing product innovation strategies

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Research & Development should have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or other relevant field
  • Experience in product development and innovation within the FMCG industry
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • A deep understanding of market trends and customer needs
