Job Description

Reporting to the C level, you will be responsible to lead the digital team in Indonesia. Being part of the team, you are required to design and develop company strategies for marketing and managing the execution. Other responsibilities include:

  • Directing product development, communication, media, digital, social media campaign, lead generation, revenue retention and growth.
  • Designing and developing online and digital marketing strategies for Indonesia.
  • Developing short-term and long-term plans and budgets for overall digital marketing programs to be in line with the company's objectives.
  • Managing the digital marketing budget, and overseeing the acquisition, engagement and retention to reach the company's objectives.
  • Managing affiliates, social paid in order to enhance the brand awareness.
  • Managing and overseeing the traffic, search & display in order to optimize the campaigns, e-mail marketing, and search advertising.
  • Understanding the media environment, and the digital ecosystem of the sector.
  • Developing and implementing new practical solution through identification of root cause problem.
  • Translating complex digital marketing data into insights that are understandable for the team.
  • Improving users experience and maximising users' engagement through implementing relevant digital strategies.

The Successful Applicant
