About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest F&B chain in their industry since their launch. They are looking for a senior candidate who is ambitious and talented to support the portfolio growth. Aside from their product, they are also modernising the way of business, that captured the hearts of their clients through effective branding.

Job Description

  • Provide effective strategical recommendations with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals.
  • Support the development and diversification of portfolio based on findings from market trends and competitors.
  • Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement especially from the supply chain and operations perspective.
  • Improve and standardizing operational procedures to increase overall bottom line.
  • Improve overall customer experience through efficient business process, leading to increase customer retention.
  • Promote agility to ensure competitiveness in the market based on customer preference and trends.
  • Report to COO and GMs weekly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of combined experience in managing process improvements or operational excellence
  • Have a deep interest and enthusiasm in F&B industry.
  • Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive execution of ideas
  • Well developed communication with various seniors level stakeholders with different background.
  • English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST.
  • Strong leadership skill.
