Job Description



  • Develop and Manage Investor Relations Strategy:
    • Design and execute a comprehensive investor relations (IR) strategy in alignment with the bank's financial goals and corporate strategy.
    • Develop clear messaging for quarterly earnings, annual reports, and other communications to reflect the bank's performance, growth strategy, and market outlook.


  • Investor Communication:
    • Serve as the primary contact for institutional investors, equity analysts, and shareholders.
    • Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and analyst briefings.
    • Prepare and review press releases, investor presentations, and financial disclosures.


  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to prepare accurate financial data for external communication.
    • Provide market intelligence by analyzing investor feedback, stock performance, and peer activity.
    • Monitor banking industry trends, competitive positioning, and market developments.


  • Capital Market & Strategic Initiatives Support:
    • Work closely with the IR team and executive team to evaluate and execute capital markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings.
    • Support M&A, corporate finance, and strategic planning initiatives from an IR perspective.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or related fields within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and regulatory reporting in the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with institutional investors and equity analysts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear messaging.
