About Our Client

Our client is a one of the largest plantation companies in Indonesia. They are looking to onboard an experienced FC with background in plantation and lead their finance operation.

Job Description

As a VP Finance / Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the financial operations of the company
  • Developing and implementing strategic financial plans
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies
  • Analysing financial data and making recommendations for improvement
  • Presenting financial reports to board members and stakeholders
  • Managing and mentoring the finance team
  • Engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding the plantation sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree. Qualification in CPA or equivalent is a plus
  • Proven leadership position as VP finance or FC role at publicly listed plantation company
  • More than 15 years of experience
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English language, both oral and written
  • Placement at Kalimantan site. Family housing and transport are provided.
