Job Description

As a VP Finance & Accounting, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • In charge for financial operation, reporting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
  • Leading and mentoring the finance and accounting teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Monitoring cash flow, cost management, and profitability to optimise performance.
  • Managing relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a leadership position within the Fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with financial systems and process improvements.
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
