  • Developing and implementing digital collaboration strategies to enhance operational efficiency within the organisation.
  • Leading the design and deployment of AI platforms to support business processes and decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate digital tools and AI solutions seamlessly.
  • Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the investment industry.
  • Overseeing the management of digital and AI projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Establishing strong partnerships with technology vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards in all digital and AI initiatives.
  • Driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the technology department.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-12+ years in digital workplace, collaboration platforms, or modern workplace technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure).
  • Experience with workflow automation, content management, and platform governance.
  • Proven ability to lead digital transformation and drive adoption across large organizations.
  • Innovation‑driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
