Job Description

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including equity and debt financing, to support business growth.
  • Lead capital-raising initiatives such as private placements, venture financing, convertible notes, and institutional funding.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop financial models, business plans, and investor materials to support IPO readiness.
  • Oversee due diligence processes and ensure transparency in financial reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Develop long-term financial plans, forecasting models, and valuation assessments.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement measures to optimize capital structure.
  • Serve as the key liaison for investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and deliver financial presentations, investor reports, and earnings calls.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication of the company's financial performance and growth strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and IPO execution.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and M&A transactions.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies (e.g., IDX, OJK) is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
