About Our Client

Our client is a stealth mode start-up company. As a VP Commercial, you will play a crucial part in the company, responsible to create and implement end-to-end commercial strategy for company's products.

Job Description

  • Creating and implementing end to end commercial strategy for our products
  • Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
  • Identifying and securing new revenue opportunities and built upon existing relationships
  • Identifying new business opportunities and revenue stream for the company
  • Managing sales and business development teams, helping and directing them to achieve their targets
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Meeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of projects
  • Maintaining effective communication till the time clients is onboarded and ensure the clients are comfortable with the platforms
  • Oversee internal and external coordination with other functional departments, partners and vendors, and at times directly communicate with clients in order to achieve synergy and maintain good relationships
  • Ensuring proper documentation in the CRM, including but not limited to sales process tracking and data management

The Successful Applicant

  • More than 7 years managerial experience in the field of Sales
  • Strong Leadership: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team
  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve sales goals
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
