About Our Client

Our client is an established group with strong presence in retail industry in the phase of expanding their business currently looking for a VP of Business Strategy that will be responsible in leading the strategic management & business expansion initiatives to drive the current & new revenue streams of the group.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with organisational goals.
  • Leading high-impact projects to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of strategic initiatives.
  • Providing guidance and leadership to the business development team.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, preferably overseas graduate background.
  • 10+ years of extensive business strategy experience across consumer related industry, with structured approach and focus on strategy and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven leadership and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency communicating in English & willing to be based in Bandung.
  • Experience from management consulting background will be a plus.
