Backed by renowned investors, they are looking not only to dominate the Indonesia market, but also to be serve their Indonesian's customers.Job DescriptionReporting to the C-level, you will be responsible to lead the whole marketing activities in Indonesia. Being part of the team, you are required to design and develop company strategies for marketing and managing the execution. Other responsibilities include:Developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives.Leading and mentoring the high-performance marketing team and fostering a collaborative and respectful culture.Defining the brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the company with the competitors.Conducting market analysis to identify trends, insights, competitive landscape and using these finding to form strategic marketing plans. Supporting product development by bringing local insights and test the products in local market.Introducing branding strategies, and also involved in the ATL and BTL initiatives.Achieving and maintaining market leadership in the business.Executing a strong internal and external communications with all stakeholders to develop clear market positioning.Developing short-term and long-term plans and budgets for overall marketing programs to be in line with the company's objectives.Managing the marketing budget, and ensuring collaborative allocation of the resources to maximise the ROI.Introducing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the brand initiatives and campaigns.The Successful ApplicantOur client is looking for a high caliber individual with an impressive track record in brand marketing, and someone with an entrepreneur spirit. This role is only opened to Indonesian who had experience working in the local market, with preference in the FMCG category. Excellent English communication in both verbal and written is a must.Other requirements include:At least 8 years of working management experience in the brand marketing, with MNC and FMCG experience is preferred. If you have combined working experience in FMCG and E-commerce, you are welcome to apply.Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from related degree is a must.Not title minded, humble, low profile and wiling to roll up his/her sleeves.
