Job Description

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define the organisation's long-term vision and goals.
  • Develop and implement an organisational development strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Establish leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organisation.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
  • Assess the impact of changes and develop strategies to mitigate any resistance.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employees skills and competencies.
  • Develop and manage performance management systems that align with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a higher education degree in Psychology or related fields.
  • Brings at least 10 years of experience in organisational development, human resources, or related fields.
  • Mandatory working experience in organisational development or transformation projects at a consultancy firm.
  • Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organisation.
