About Our Client

Our client, a leading Energy company, is seeking a highly capable Treasury Manager to join their finance leadership team. This role goes beyond day-to-day treasury operations, covering loan management and project finance role to support the company's growth and long-term capital projects.

Job Description

  • Manage daily treasury operations including cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and FX exposure.
  • Lead loan management activities: drawdowns, repayments, loan restructuring, compliance with covenants, and negotiations with lenders.
  • Support project finance initiatives by coordinating with financial institutions, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, funding plans, and debt schedules to ensure financial flexibility.
  • Provide treasury insights to management for decision-making on capital structure, financing options, and investment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, company procedures, and relevant regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in treasury and loan management ideally in O&G, energy, or capital-intensive industries.
  • Strong knowledge of loan agreements, project financing structures, and cash management practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with banks and lenders.
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English Language
