Job Description

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Manage and optimize local logistics and trucking operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and implement best practices for efficiency and cost control.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, dispatch, and transportation teams to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor service offerings, and pricing strategies, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare, review, and present weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for enhancement.
  • Supervise end-to-end branch functions, maintaining standard operating procedures and service levels.
  • Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance service quality.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in logistics, operations, or trucking, preferably in Freight Forwarding, 3PL, or Trucking Services.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume logistics environments.
  • Strong expertise in operational execution and process improvement.
  • Effective leadership skills to manage teams and optimize performance.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting operational challenges.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage time-sensitive operations.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments and management levels.
