Job Description

Key Responsibilities as Trade Marketing Manager (Beauty):

  • Develop and execute the annual trade marketing plan aligned with brand strategies and channel sales priorities.
  • Lead trade promotions and activations in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams to achieve brand and sales objectives.
  • Translate shopper, customer, and market insights into effective trade strategies to optimize sales performance and category growth.
  • Drive strong in‑store execution through merchandising guidelines, POS development, and retail activation programs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate trade marketing performance, including promotion effectiveness, ROI, and channel P&L.
  • Manage trade marketing budget efficiently to maximize spending effectiveness and support profitable growth.



The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements for Trade Marketing Manager (Beauty):

  • Proven 5-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Customer Marketing, especially in Personal Care/Beauty industry
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior, retail execution, and trade promotion management
  • Must have HABA channel experience.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience managing budgets and ROI
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong planning, execution, and presentation skills
