The client is a leading name in the heavy equipment industry, known for its innovative and reliable machinery. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to support and manage their dealers.

Job Description

  • Becoming a technical expert
  • Understand specific customer's engineering and maintenance team's needs, and support development of new solutions
  • Organize trainings/orientation sessions to anchor customers and dealers about the company products, solutions for different applications and proper maintenance practices.
  • Managing Dealers - helping to support dealers from the technical side
  • Growing sales pipeline

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in selling Heavy Equipment (preferrably from principals, but open for those with exposure in dealers as well)
  • Technical background - Engineering background
  • Ideally someone who is stronger in technical compared to commercial
  • Experience in dealer/distribution management
  • Location: Jakarta
  • Able to travel around
