Job Description

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies aligned with overall sales plans.
  • Lead and coach the technical design and promotions team to maintain high technical standards.
  • Provide technical consulting and training to target audiences, including consultants, engineering firms, and architects.
  • Support project development and resolve technical challenges for customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and foster collaboration across buying and non-buying segments.
  • Work closely with contractors to ensure successful design execution and installation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in design, engineering, and consulting, particularly in electrical systems.
  • Strong experience in commercial/sales related roles.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with consultants and system integrators.
  • Familiarity with smart building technologies and energy distribution solutions is a plus.
