Job Description

As a Tax Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage all tax-related activities, including planning, compliance, reporting, and audits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.).
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize risk.
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the business.
  • Liaise with tax authorities, external consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional teams on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; a Master's degree or professional certification (Brevet A & B, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and international tax principles.
  • Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
