  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Utilising data and analytics to optimise recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals within the Human Resources department.
  • Representing the company at job fairs and professional networking events to enhance employer branding.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage team, multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
