The Sustainability Compliance Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating all conservation activities related to RSPO's Remediation and Compensation Procedure (RaCP) across company operations. This role ensures compliance with sustainability standards while managing biodiversity programs and stakeholder engagement.

Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate RaCP-related conservation projects across operational sites.
  • Draft technical documentation and reports for RSPO compliance and internal use.
  • Lead biodiversity conservation initiatives and community engagement programs.
  • Monitor project progress and report outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for effective implementation.
  • Support continuous improvement in environmental practices and sustainability goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in Forestry, Biology, or Environmental Conservation.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in RaCP or related conservation roles.
  • Proven experience in biodiversity conservation programs.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and lead effectively.
  • A target-oriented mindset with strong project execution capabilities.
