Job Description

  • Manage daily commercial operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence and timely delivery.
  • Lead and develop teams to improve service quality, warehouse performance, and logistics efficiency.
  • Optimize end-to-end supply chain and order fulfilment processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure service reliability and responsiveness to needs.
  • Control operational budgets, logistics costs, and support financial planning initiatives.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, providing regular performance insights and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety policies, and logistics-related regulations.
  • Oversee vendor and transportation management to secure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable supply flow.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to set up or improve SOPs.
  • Proactive, and results-driven leadership style.
  • Familiar with ERP systems and able to support Oracle adoption.
