Job Description

  • Partnering with sales: Identify customer pain points and tailor demos and proofs of concept to showcase how software can address them.
  • Leveraging your expertise: Be the go-to person for asset management during sales presentations and customer discussions.
  • Conducting on-site assessments: Analyze customer needs and recommend software solutions that maximize their goals.
  • Facilitating adoption: Support the transition to software through on-site assistance, ensuring full utilization.
  • Optimizing equipment management: Share your mining expertise and best practices to help customers manage heavy equipment effectively.
  • Driving business improvement: Collaborate with customers to identify process changes that unlock further savings.
  • Influencing product development: Bridge the gap between customer feedback and product roadmaps, ensuring customer needs are met in future iterations.



The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering field like mechanical, electrical, or reliability is a must.
  • You'll need at least 10 years of experience in mining, with a strong grasp of current technologies and best practices.
  • Proven track record progressing from a specialist technician for at least 10 years.
  • Deep expertise in equipment monitoring systems, particularly specialist equipment health or mining technology.
  • A well-rounded background in managing heavy equipment, encompassing experience with both manufacturers and mining customers/contractors
