Job Description



  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all business units. Liaise effectively with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.


  • Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with top management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business performance.


  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement within the finance function. Lead initiatives to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency across the group.


  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, regulators, and other key stakeholders. Ensure that the company's financial position is well communicated and understood by all external parties.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.


  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a holding company or multifinance industry.


  • Strong background in financial services, with experience in handling complex financial reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.


  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and provide strategic financial advice to senior management.


  • Agile and proactive personality with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


  • Experience in managing relationships with banks, regulators, and other financial institutions.
