Job Description

The position will be in charge for creating and implementing promotions. Other responsibilities, including:

  • Liaise with brand management and channel management on the marketing plans and translate these to promotion plans for the region
  • Collaborating with other functions to ensure
  • Responsible for SPG management
  • Coordinate with area sales management and promotion officers on roll out of the marketing and promotion plans in the area
  • Report to brand management and channel management on the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing promotion plans and activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the promotions activities in the areas and region and provide advice and support where needed to improve the brand awareness and visibility
  • Ensure the right capacity, capabilities and motivation of the promotion workforce in the region and ensure compliance to IMS

The Successful Applicant

It is essential that the candidate we are looking for has an in-depth experience in SPG management. You must be able to communicate in English. This role is based in Jakarta, and looking for Indonesian nationality.

To seize the opportunity you should have:

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must.
  • Experiences in managing SPG management is a must
  • Preferably with at least 4-5 years experiences as in sales and SPG management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong and proven leadership
