This role is critical in influencing product selection at the project specification stage-particularly within hotels, resorts, villas, and premium commercial spaces.

Job Description



  • 1. Architect & Interior Designer Relationship Development

    • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, project owners, and hospitality consultants.
    • Conduct regular visits, product trainings, and design presentations to strengthen product familiarity and preference.



    2. Project Specification & Pipeline Management

    • Identify active and upcoming hospitality or commercial projects and ensure our products are specified at the design and tender stage.
    • Track project progress from concept to installation and collaborate with sales teams to secure conversion.



    3. Product Advocacy

    • Present product solutions (materials, finishes, customization options) to design firms and project stakeholders.
    • Provide technical support, detailed product data, pricing guidance, and samples relevant to the project's design intent.



    4. Market & Trend Insights

    • Monitor hospitality and luxury real estate developments, industry trends, and competitor products.
    • Share insights with internal teams to support product development and strategic direction.



    5. Collaboration & Reporting

    • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and design/production teams to align project needs with deliverables.
    • Maintain an updated project pipeline and provide regular activity and performance reports.


The Successful Applicant

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a specification, business development, or sales role within furniture, FF&E, interior materials (lighting, flooring, fabrics), or related design industries.
    • Established network and relationships within the Architect and Interior Design community.
    • Experience dealing with hospitality projects, luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end residential preferred.
    • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle-from concept design to procurement and installation.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Passion for design, aesthetics, and premium products.
    • Able to work independently, proactive, and driven by targets.
