Job Description

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and enhance brand presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and developers to promote products and services.
  • Oversee showroom operations, including inventory control, display management, and customer experience.
  • Lead and coach the showroom team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and events that drive traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to strengthen relationships with key design partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Interior Design (preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales and showroom management, ideally in building materials, home décor, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with design or graphics applications.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week.
