Job Description

  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations to secure optimal terms, mitigate risks, and maximize long-term value across supplier networks.
  • Manage full-cycle procurement and sourcing activities in Southeast Asia, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Align supplier capabilities with operational, financial, engineering, and R&D requirements to support evolving business needs.
  • Execute regional and global sourcing strategies that enhance cost control, supplier performance, and material/service quality.
  • Identify skill gaps within the procurement team and implement targeted training and development programs.
  • Ensure training initiatives are delivered on schedule and drive measurable improvements in team capability.
  • Monitor team performance by setting clear expectations, tracking KPIs, and ensuring contribution to overall business goals.
  • Promote a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Brings 12+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management-preferably within the manufacturing, oil & gas, or metals sectors.
  • Skilled in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and executing cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Experienced in global sourcing, supplier risk control, and driving sustainability-focused programs.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in leading and developing effective, high-performing teams.
