About Our Client
Client is a leader in its sub-category of FMCG products in the region.
Senior Manager HR-HRBP is a strategic Human Resources Business Partner for the business by working closely with senior management team in achieiving business objectives by defining effective organization.
- Develop and drive HR strategies aligned with business goals through effective HR structure and system
- Ensuring HR and people practices are aligned with organization needs and culture through effective talent acquisition, organization development including succession planning and retention.
- Develop strategic and effective talent plan in order to achieve business goals through the construction and implementation of effective talent management, performance management and people development program.
- Drive change management and effective transformation.
- Oversee end-to-end HR process and practices both for production and commercial arms.
The Successful Applicant
Successful Senior Manager of Human Resources/HRBP are meeting the following key criteria:
- With at least 12 years of working experience with at least 7 years in handling end-to-end Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner(HRBP) position.
- Experiences partnering with various stakeholders such as production and commercial.
- Track record in driving or leading transformation and change management project.
- Strong business and strategic acumen.
- Solid track record in organizational development, talent management and development, performance management, sucession planning, talent acquisition and HR Operations.
- Experiences in managing a HR team and company size with of 1000+ fixed employees.
- Industry exposure in production/manufacturing and commercial, preferably in FMCG, food production or related production.
- This role is based in Bogor area.
- Ideal for senior manager professionals.
