We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager with over 10 years of experience in the drilling services industry to lead operations in Riau. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Contractor Compliance & Performance Management (CCPM).

Job Description

  • Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure alignment with CCPM standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project milestones.
  • Implement operational best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full regulatory and environmental compliance across all site activities.
  • Report regularly on site performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum bachelo's degree graduate from engineering major.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling services with Pertamina project and technical operation exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Contractor Compliance & Performance Management (CCPM).
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
