Job Description

As a Senior Specialist in Channel Management, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Channel Partner Identification & Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and agents to strengthen market coverage. Negotiate terms, pricing, and performance targets while ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Channel Strategy Development: Define and implement strategies aligned with growth objectives. Explore new distribution avenues and collaborate with regional teams to drive market penetration.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring loyalty and maximizing sales opportunities. Act as the primary liaison for communication, conflict resolution, and strategic alignment.
  • Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies. Provide training and development programs to elevate partner capabilities and sales effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Implement Distributor Management Systems (DMS), monitor performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize business opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, gather feedback, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and market competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Specialist in Channel Management should have:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in the medical device, healthcare, or FMCG industry.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in business management, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in channel partner management, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
