About Our Client
Our client is a one of the fastest growing mobile development company is currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager who will be able to follow-up leads, responsible for pre-sales and fully understand customers needs. Are you ready to be part of the team and bring the business to the next level?
Candidates must have exposure in B2B services sales, strong passion in new technologies and have strong understanding and solving complex customers problems by providing detailed consultative solutions. Be able to translate the customers need to new opportunities for the client.
Your responsibilities are:
- Proactively follow-up sales and translate customers for customers, support technical and commercial documentation
- Develop and manage business partnerships with new and existing customers to ensure the business growth
- Detail-oriented as the role requires candidate to draft and review contracts and proposal for new and existing customers
- Has the ability to write technical documentation and commercial estimation when necessary to define proposed solutions; present creative ideas, time-line, budgets to win new business
- Possess strong knowledge in software definition and implementations, and project planning
- Create and implement new innovative commercial strategy to grow the business in Indonesian market; identify, analyse and execute growth opportunities within the company
- Execute strong internal and external communications with all stakeholders, customers
- Identify and understand market situation, most effective marketing approach, articulate innovative solutions to grow the business
The Successful Applicant
Our client is looking for a pro-active individual; able to prioritise customers needs and come out with solutions to exceed customers expectation. Be able to confidently perform in-depth presentation to C-Level Executives of new and existing clients. Excellent in both Bahasa and English communication in both verbal and written is a must.
Other requirements include:
- At least 5 years of working in a technology companies and B2B Service Sales experiences
- Bachelor's Degree. Graduated from top-tier university is preferred. MBA is a plus but not a must.
- Experience in Solution Sales, Project Management or Project Planning
- Strong knowledge in pre-sales process, design and development
- Strategic thinker and go-getter mindset; ability to simplify customers
- Proven track-record in Solution sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills; ability to present confidently to both customer and stakeholder
