Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the food manufacturing companies.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness and demand.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Executive should have:

  • Graduated with Bachelor's degree (BA) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales/Marketing within Food Ingredients.
  • Background in trading or distribution is highly preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Familiarity with raw ingredients and food additives (Bahan Tambahan Pangan).
  • Solid network with Indonesian and multinational food manufacturers.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian food regulations (Import, Distribution, Halal).
  • Proficiency in price calculation and marketing strategies.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Hunter mentality.
