Job Description



  • Distributor Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to ensure effective product distribution and market penetration.
    • Monitor distributor performance and provide support to maximize sales and market coverage.


  • Market Development Strategy:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance retail market presence and drive sales growth.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the retail sector.


  • Sales Performance Management:
    • Set sales targets for distributors and track performance against these targets.
    • Analyze sales data to assess effectiveness of strategies and adjust as necessary.


  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Development) to align strategies and ensure product availability.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and distributors to communicate market strategies and performance.


  • Promotional Activities:
    • Design and implement promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales in retail outlets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing materials tailored for GT and MT channels.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master degree is preferable.
  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on GT and MT. Experience in commodity FMCG will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytic skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
