Job Description



Resident Relations & Personalized Service Excellence

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with high-profile residents while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
  • Manage daily lifestyle needs, requests, and personalized resident services with precision and care.
  • Resolve concerns or sensitive situations with diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Serve as the main liaison for residents, ensuring timely and polished communication at all times.
  • Anticipate needs proactively and enhance the resident service experience.
  • Coordinate bespoke arrangements including transportation, reservations, event support, wellness services, and guest management.



Operational & Property Management Coordination

  • Oversee essential aspects of unit maintenance, housekeeping quality, and technical issue management.
  • Work closely with engineering, housekeeping, security, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Respond quickly to facility-related or technical concerns to minimize disruption for residents.
  • Maintain clear documentation and operational follow-ups regarding resident-related matters.
  • Uphold safety, privacy, and service protocols tailored to the expectations of high-profile individual

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, residence management, personal service roles, or VIP client management.
  • Proven experience serving high-profile individuals, including executives, diplomats, celebrities, or UHNW clients.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and conflict-resolution capability.
  • Professional demeanor, impeccable presentation, and calmness under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex requests simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of facilities operations, property services, and technical issue coordination.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
