Job Description

  • Implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Handling customer feedback / complaint.
  • Conducting tests to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborating with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to quality assurance.
  • Providing guidance and training to team members on quality standards.
  • Analysing data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Ensuring that all products meet the required specifications before release.
  • Participating in audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior QA should have:

  • A strong educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance within the retail industry.
