We are currently representing one of our client who is looking to expand their business with this major project.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of a large‑scale industrial or infrastructure project
  • Establish project governance structures, reporting frameworks, and performance KPIs
  • Direct cross-functional teams, engineering partners, contractors, and consultants
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, EPC contractors, government entities, and community representatives.
  • Oversee multimillion‑dollar project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial governance
  • Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement timelines, construction activities, and commissioning plans.
  • Monitor site execution to ensure alignment with design specifications, HSE standards, and project milestones

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
  • 10+ years' experience managing large-scale, complex industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated success leading projects exceeding $100M+ in value (or comparable scale/complexity)
  • Proven experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Willing to travel and work to project site location in Papua
