Job Description

As a Senior Partnership Manager (Travel), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape and market conditions.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results.
  • Presenting sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Participating in trade shows and conferences on behalf of the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Partnership Manager (Travel) should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the Travel & Tourism sector.
  • Proven 8-10+ years of experience to drive the partnership process from plan to close.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
