Job Description

  • Manage all operational functions, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and customs clearance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, inventory levels, damage rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a large team of operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate operational staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing concerns and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Analyze operational data for optimization and oversee logistics processes like route planning and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain quality control, and manage operational risks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, logistics, or related fields
  • 5+ years in logistics, or supply chain.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and track assets for efficiency.
  • Strong expertise in fleet maintenance, procurement, and cost control strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics software, GPS tracking, and management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with suppliers and third-party providers.
