Job Description

As a Senior Manager Data Science, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement data security and governance policies.
  • Build strong client and analytics team partnership to drive collaboration and track results.
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and mitigation planning.
  • Maintain quality and consistency in data science work with up-to-date documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security into business processes.
  • Evaluate and deploy advanced security tools and technologies.



The Successful Applicant

  • A solid academic foundation in data science, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in advanced data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Deep understanding of encryption, identity management, and network security principles.
  • Proficient in key statistical and ML techniques: regression, decision trees, random forests, SVM, clustering, PCA, and neural networks.
  • Strong in Phyton, R programming.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach to working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic mindset focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
