My client is a global communication technology company.

Job Description

  • Provide legal advisory to the management team and other departments based on the industry regulation
  • Create a standardized templates for any legal documents and workflow
  • Draft and review legal contracts and agreements
  • Conduct risk analysis and mitigation for promotional materials
  • Lead the legal team to create a collaborative environment that supports each other
  • Organize and provide training related to legal and regulatory matters to other divisions in the company

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Law with 8-10 years of work experience
  • Exposure in multinational FMCG industry is a must for this role and prior law firm experience is a considered a plus
  • Good proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Collaborative individual and good track record in stakeholder management
